That levies a hefty $300 fine for personal use... holy cow! Moral dilemma: Use mark-out pen or play it safe?
So, I choose "play it safe" and I pick up some plain, white envelopes ($1.50)... mail it military "free post" and figure I'd just save myself $298.50...
