The day started with the APFT at 0500. Here we are lining up for the 2 mile run... it's 29°F outside! My score? A 297... three reps shy on sit-ups... drats!
A quick shower and took breakfast at the office... that's my oatmeal, wheat germ, ground flax seed, pecan, dates, and brown sugar concoction. Just add hot water!
After lunch, we broke away for range qualification... electronically! Hit 39 out of 40 targets... just like Nintendo with sound effects and rumble packs... cool!
Later, we jettisoned to downtown Uijeongbu for dinner at the German Haus... there was live entertainment = a Korean guy on guitar accompanied by a laptop... and the crowd loved him!
