Pac-10 Football...

It's the closing weeks of the regular Pac-10 season which means:

#20 OSU at #11 OU - I thought I'd never see the day but watching Jeremiah Masoli and the Ducks beat Mike Stoop's Wildcats in a 2OT, 44-41 win made me happy. This pits OU's post-season hopes against Oregon State at Autzen Stadium... the winner is Rose Bowl bound. Can you believe it... don't you just hate it... Ugh!

Cal at #14 Stanford - Stanford "D" gives up a late TD & their "O" gives up a red zone pick with seconds left to seal a 28-34 loss to the Bears. The Axe goes to Cal again--7th in 8 years... spoilers of Stanford's 2009 Rose Bowl season! Gerhart: 20 touches for 136 yards and 4 scores... the guy's a beast!

UA at ASU - Pac-10 was better off in '78... Pac-8.

UCLA at #22 USC - With SC fading it's prime time for Rick Neuheisel to qualify for a bowl game in his second season. Whodda thunk... after 4-8 last season, including a 0-59 loss to BYU at home!

WSU at UW - A Husky win and the 101st Apple Cup comes back to Seattle! (UW 65-31-6) I'll die a Husky, folks!
