A Yummy Dream...

Been in Iraq 2 months and 10 days.  I miss many things but I woke up missing GYOZA and Jasmine RICE. Homemade and eaten together as a FAMILY.  I had a dream about eating gyoza which goes like this, poetically:

Gyoza, with a side of
Rice...

On a hot, spicy day
Drizzled with vinegar and Soy Sauce
Red chili pepper oil
Wrappers who leap with golden smiles.

O, Come along and share a bite
Share rice from a porcelain cup
The day was so beautiful
Mmmm... what a yummy dream...

Of Gyoza, with a side of
Rice!
