The DFAC has many items in its salad bar and one of them is
baechu kimchi or
배추 김 치 (cabbage kimchi). I eat it with my salad, almost daily. Some say the Cropper mixture is a bit spicy but that is the way I prefer it... strong on the gochugang or
고 추장 (red pepper paste). I see many of the Nepalese and Indians eating kimchi too.
Good stuff, rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2, calcium, iron, carotene and fiber!
