Seoul Food du Jour...

After failing to find the Ipanema Brazilian restaurant from City Hall station (Line 1) in December with Debbie, Captain Brenden Ewers and I approached the restaurant from the other side, Seodaemun station (Line 5)... and we found it. Like good land nav, when in doubt run a reverse azimuth!

Backtracking and connecting the dots, Debbie and I were within 100 meters of our dinner location. Ironically it was my idea to abandon the search and eat elsewhere!

At Ipanema, the staff was very friendly and Brazilian (our server, Paulo, is from Porto Alegre) and the food was excellent. Vegetables, salads, fruit, side dishes like rice and black beans and of course, endless chicken, pork, beef, and lamb churrascaria. All-you-can-eat dinner for 30,000 Korean won or $22 beats American prices by a click or two. Muito delicioso.
