With the conclusion of the Oklahoma-Florida game, the Family Bracket Award for the best 2008 BCS Bracket goes to... Debbie. She successfully picked 4 out of 6 winners and won the tie-breaker to take the coveted trophy.Going into the final game, Debbie, Avery, Mase were tied with 3 wins apiece. Avery was perfect in calling the Las Vegas Bowl win by the University of Arizona by 10 points. However, she picked the #1 Sooners to take the BCS Championship and it was not to be. So by the closest of margins, Mom beat our Mase in the tie-breaker, a +17 to a +20 point spread.
After over four years of bracket competition, this is Debbie's first win. Coincidentally, runner-up our Mase has been a three-time Family Bracket Award winner. Congrats Deb... so where are you going for dinner?!
