Seoul Food du Jour...

Bibimbop (비빔밥) or "stirred rice" is a popular dish in Korea. Traditionally served in a hot pot or dolsat (돌솥), rice is topped with vegetables, meat, egg and chili paste. The ingredients are stirred together, warmed up inside the pot and then eaten.

Personally, I think it makes for a tasty meal and spoons are good--those metal pool cues (aka Korean chopsticks) are heavy! Strike the beef and add a bit of chicken and it's G2G.
