On Friday my slightly "sore-to-bite" molar went "Timber!" A tooth with teenage-era silver filling, converted to a custom porcelain inlay is now missing 3 of 4 cusps. Yikes... !!On the bright side, I'm not suffering. A fortunate coronal fracture (versus a painful root fracture) and a classic case of "cracked tooth syndrome."
My dental treatment options: 1) Try a "miracle" crown, 2) Elective root canal and post/build-up/crown, 3) Extract and implant, 4) Composite restoration and check options, 5) Do nothing.
Monte, I'm going with door #4...
