I attended the Olmos Heights Ward in the San Antonio Texas North Stake. The chapel reminded me of the Greenwood building in the Shoreline Stake and was a 15 minute drive from Fort Sam Houston. Fast and testimony meeting was bilingual (Spanish and English). The opening and sacrament prayers were in Spanish, the hymns were in both languages (both hymn numbers were given), most of the testimonies were in English but one was half and half. The closing prayer was in English.
There was a sister and brother on the stand translating the service in Spanish via microphone and members could listen on headsets.
Nice ward and a great way to learn another language. I wonder if stake and ward leaders must be bilingual?
