The TCN's are the ones who do the yucky labor on our base working long hours with no breaks, living in terrible conditions lacking the basics like showers and decent bathrooms, etc, and receive horrible pay. Don't even ask about the medical or dental benefits, ok! This is wrong, an absolute travesty and it's the reason Halliburton / KBR reap such high profits. Win fat government contracts and under pay the workers...
Several times a week, Chaplain Maria and I will work on folks like these two Ugandan guards, each time on the DL. As the good father says, "It's the right thing to do, Major Sastre!" And the padre is right!
